Reverse Pyramid Training and other links.

Some links on weight training that I would like you all to check out:

Reverse Pyramid Training is by far my favorite program when it comes to lifting weights in the gym. It allows you to lift your heaviest weights when you are at your freshest and most energetic state. Also, it allows for a double progression system that will keep you seeing results week after week. You can find out more about it here.

Another great read from the Leangains archives is the top ten myths about dieting and fasting. In this article, Martin tells you what commonly accepted pieces of dietary advice are bologna and why. It will give you a decent insight as to how food is processed and what the body is capable of doing in a fasted state.

Also, check out Mark Rippetoe. He's got a bunch of videos on training techniques such as dead lift, bench press, and squat. It's great for visual review and study. Deadlift Set-Up

I'll post more stuff later. It's dinner time now :D
